(FOX13) - We've barely recovered five years after Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! destroyed Florida - but Syfy decided it's been long enough, announcing Sharknado 4 is coming in July.
Whether you're on team #AprilLives or team #AprilDies - you'll be glad to know key players in Sharknados of years past will return. Ian Ziering returns as Fin Shepard and Tara Reid as April Wexler, as well as David Hasselhoff as Fin's father, according to Broadcasting & Cable.
The announcement, made Wedensday, shared few details about the franchise's fourth installment. What is clear, however, is that the film's creators are banking on big name celebrity cameos to fuel viewers' hunger for one more funnel cloud of toothy goodness - especially after viewership of Sharknado 3 didn't have quite the bite the network hoped for.
Among the franchise's newcomers are Gary Busey, playing April's father, plus "The Apprentice" cast member and 60s supermodel, Cheryl Tiegs as Fin's mother, as well as appearances by Tommy Davidson and Imani Hakim.
We're sure the list of well-known names will continue to grow as filming continues.
Meanwhile, some are most concerned with whether Marc Cuban will return to play the role of President of the United States. Unfortunately, the movie's release date is well before the November election, possibly ruling out Donald Trump as a member of the cast. Or maybe not...
