Sausage Gravy & Biscuits

Biscuits

Pre-heat Oven 350

White Lily self-rising Flour
Whipping Cream
Melting Butter

Mix flour and whipping cream together
Once it comes together drop on to a flour board and roll out
Cut out biscuits with a biscuit cuter or ( small glass)
Place on baking sheet pan and let rises for about 15-20 minutes
Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes towards the last 10 minutes start to brush with the melted butter

Sausage Gravy

One pound of breakfast sausage
Small onion diced
Flour
Milk

Brown one pound of your favorite sausage with diced onion
Once the sausage is done remove from the pan ( leave dripping in the pan)
Stir in flour and cook off for about 3-5 minutes
Add milk to the cooked flour
Add back the cooked sausage & onions
Cook for 5-10 minutes on low ( if it gets to thick just add more milk)

Serve gravy over biscuits
