Fried Cheesecake Bites with Raspberry Dipping Sauce

Batter for coating Cheese Cake 



 1 1/2 Cups         AP flour

1 Each                Eggs

1 Cup                 Milk

1/2 tsp                Baking Powder

1/4 tsp                Salt

 2 Tsp                 Sugar



1)  Mix together all dry ingredients 

2)  Add eggs and milk

3)  Mix until smooth

4)  Freeze cheesecake until very hard 

5)  Dip in prepared batter and Re Freeze

6)  Heat Oil to 335 Degrees, and fry until golden brown
