If you feed your dog scraps from the table, you are probably doing your furry friend more harm than good.
Doctor Jamie Laity joins us to give us tips on how to properly feed our pets.
Rule #1: Table scraps are not good for your pets. If you must, carrots and celery are okay, and vegetable are better than meats. Some dogs have allergies to the meat we eat, and it can cause digestive problems. Cheese can be okay in moderation.
When you're looking for a good pet food, look for AFCO on the nutrition label. They test pet food, and verify that they're safe.
