Pear Short Cake with Pound Cake and Chantilly Cream

Butter Pound Cake 

 

4 Ounces             Butter

1 1/2 Cups           Sugar

1/2 Cups              Sour Cream

2 tsp                     Vanilla

1 Tbsp                  Milk

3 Each                 Eggs

1 1/2 Cups          AP Flour

1/4 tsp                Baking Soda

 

1)  Beat Sugar and Butter for 2 minutes until light in color and fluffy

2)  Add in eggs, Yogurt, milk, and vanilla and mix until well combined

3)  Add in dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated

4)  Bake for 60 minutes @ 350
