What's Your Dish? Hoppin' John & Fried Cabbage for New Year's Dinner

Hoppin' John

  • 1 Cup Peas
  • 2 cups hambroth
  • 1cup Anson Mills Rice Grits
  • 3 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbl spoon salt
  • 1 tbl spoon butter

Fried Cabbage

  • 1 head cabbage sliced
  • 1 onion med size diced
  • 2 oz apple smoked bacon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
