  • 3 lbs boneless chicken breast
  • Quart of mojo criollo
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup lime juice


Marinate chicken overnight then grill and top with salsa
