Two injured after suspects shot into car in north Charlotte

Two people were sent to the hospital after shots were fired into their car in north Charlotte around midnight on Saturday. 
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say two people in a car were both shot by an unknown number of suspects in a second car. 
The victims then drove to north Graham and Atando Avenue where police responded. Medic transported both people to CMC Main. They are being treated for serious injuries, police say. 
CMPD is working to determine the events that led up to the shooting. Police cannot confirm at this time if the suspects and victims knew each other.
