An Oklahoma woman's Facebook post about a kindhearted stranger has gone viral.
Lisa Austerman, of Oklahoma City, said she was shopping at Walmart ahead of Thanksgiving and ended up behind a man with a number of turkeys in the checkout line.
Austerman said she commented on his items and told him "Wow, you're cooking for a lot of people this Thanksgiving."
His response warmed her heart.
"Actually, I'm donating all of it," he told her. "So much negativity going around right now. I needed to do something to help."
Austerman said the man's gesture was a reminder that we all need good in the world. Her picture of the man checking out at Walmart on November 11 has been liked more than 50,000 times, and shared more than 31,000 times.
