Arrest Made in Arson that Killed a Baby

York County detectives arrested a 17-year-old and charged him with murder and arson after a baby died in a mobile home fire last week. The fourteen month old baby, Joshua Hill, was the suspect's half-brother.

Deputies charged Jacob Morgan, 17, and charged him with setting the fire at Apple Valley Mobile Home Park in Rock Hill, SC. They haven't released any information on a possible motive.

"It's tragic that such a young life was lost in this fire our prayers go out to the family of Joshua Hill," said Sheriff Bruce Bryant. "This case has been hard on our deputies and the Volunteer Fire Fighters who tried so desperately to save Joshua's life."

When the first deputies got to the home, it was fully engulfed in flames.

Five people lived in the home.
