Community gets results for those in need of an Easter feast

- Hendrick Automotive and Second Harvest Food Bank are getting results, making sure no one goes without an Easter feast this holiday season.

Volunteers will be giving out free meals to 10,000 Charlotte neighbors in need this Easter. The plates will be piled with holiday must-haves like ham, mac and cheese, and apple pie.

"All of our thirteen stores have paired with Second Harvest Banks so we can collect meals, one meal from an employee, and come down today and pack up all this food so that all these people have food for Easter and the holidays," Cali Young said, with Hendrick Automotive.

Hendrick said it will continue its fight against hunger by joining up with 18 different food banks across the southeast.
