COLUMBUS, Ohio - Federal authorities seized enough fentanyl in Ohio to kill 5 million people, WLWT reported.
Ten kilograms of fentanyl, along with one kilogram of methamphetamine and 10 ounces of heroin was seized this week in Columbus, according to federal investigators.
That amount would be enough to kill nearly the entire State of Sorth Carolina and slightly less than half the population of North Carolina,
Tomas Sandoval, Alvaro Gasca-Cardoso, Salatiel Ramos-Rajos and Alexis Zazueta-Soto are charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl, methamphetamine and heroin, WCPO reported.
A 2 milligram dose of fentanyl, about the size of four grains of salt, is enough to kill an average adult.
