HICKORY, NC - Six people were issued citations Monday after attending a Donald Trump rally on the Lenoir-Rhyne University campus in Hickory.
According to the Hickory Police Department, two people were issued citations for simply affray [a fight between two or more people], two others for disorderly conduct, and another two for resist obstruct delay an officer.
Police said no injuries were reported.
The Hickory Police Department in conjunction with Catawba County Sheriff’s Office, Newton Police Department, the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation assisted the United Secret Service for this event.
