Missing woman with cognitive issues found safe

- UPDATE: Ms. Behboudi’Seraj has just been located safe and is being reunited with family, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.

The Missing Persons Unit of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 40-year-old Rozita Behboudi’Seraj. 

Officers said she was last seen on June 9, 2016 around mid-morning on Ballantyne Country Club Drive. 

Ms. Behboudi’Seraj is described as a white female, 5'3" tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. 

She was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt, black running pants and sunglasses.

Police said Ms. Behboudi’Seraj speaks broken English and can become disoriented in her soundings due to a past Cognitive Disease that left lasting memory problems.

If you have seen her please contact 911 immediately and report that location and time.
