Missing 8-month-old Trinity boy found

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety has canceled the search for 8-month-old John Aston Lorell Eastlack, of Trinity, N.C. who went missing on Tuesday, June 14. 

Randolph County deputies found the baby with his parents Chad Douglas Eastlack and Penny Dianne Worthy at a hotel in Missoula, Montana early Sunday morning, according to our FOX 8 affiliate.

John is described as a black male, approximately 17 inches long, weighing 20 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Randolph County Department of Social Services initially advised that the infant child has been taken by the biological parents, Chad Douglas Eastlack and Penny Dianne Worthy a.k.a Penny Eastlack of Trinity.

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office learned that Chad Eastlack is also a suspect in the larceny of a motor vehicle from Franklinville, NC. The vehicle is described as a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country, silver in color bearing NC Registration EAF-5393.

Chad Eastlack has subsequently been charged with the larceny of the motor vehicle as well as other charges relating from this larceny.
