CMPD requests public's help in identifying suspects in Charlotte pawn shop armed robbery

- Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Armed Robbery Unit, in conjunction with the ATF, are continuing to ask for the public’s help identifying the suspects responsible for an armed robbery from a business in the North Tryon Division.

It happened about 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, at Cash American Pawn, located on N. Tryon Street. Witnesses told police that three black men wearing masks and armed with handguns stole multiple firearms.

A reward of $7,500 is being offered by the ATF matched with a total of $15,000 by the NSSF for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for the armed robbery.
