- A Rock Hill man is facing charges after authorities say he locked his dog inside a hot car.

Rock Hill Police say they received a call about 9:39 p.m. Thursday about a dog locked in a car with the windows slightly cracked in a Walmart parking lot in the 2300 block of Dave Lyle Boulevard.

The caller, who wanted to remain anonymous, told police she waited for 20 minutes for the owner of the car to return.

Ingram was placed under arrested and charged with ill treatment to animals.
