CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46) - Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Chargers, according to the NFL.
There was optimism he would be able to play after participating in a full practice on Friday, but he did not clear the final hurdle in time to suit up for the game.
This will be the third game in a row Kuechly will miss stemming from a concussion he suffered against New Orleans Thursday, November 17.
Safety Kurt Coleman and Corner Daryl Worley who were also in the concussion protocol have been cleared to play Sunday.
