Confederate flag to fly outside S.C. State House Monday

On Monday, the Confederate flag will fly outside of the South Carolina State House in Columbia once more.

Officials said this will only be temporary to make the two year anniversary of removing the flag after the shooting of nine church members in Charleston.

The South Carolina Secessionist party is hosting the flag raising event.

Protesters also plan to be at the State House on Monday.
