Police find missing Cramerton teen in New Mexico

Cramerton Police found missing 14-year-old in New Mexico Wednesday.

Haley Porter was found with Francisco Jaramillo Vasquez by U.S. Border Patrol agents in New Mexico around 10:00 p.m.

Police say she is in good health and she and Vasquez are in the custody of the New Mexico State Police.

Haley Porter was last seen leaving Stuart Cramer High School around 3 p.m. Monday. Her mother called police after she didn't come home Monday evening.

Police believe Porter met Francisco Vazquez, 18, and the two are driving to Arizona in a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier with North Carolina license plate DAE-1845.

Police have a warrant for Vazquez for kidnapping. Chief Greg Ratchford says even though Porter may have left with her ex-boyfriend on her own will, she's underage and didn't have permission from her parents. Porter and Vazquez are both now listed as wanted in the National Crime Information Center database.

Anyone with information is asked to call Cramerton Police at 704-824-7964.
