ROCK HILL, SC (FOX 46 WJZY) - The victim tells FOX 46 she pulled into her driveway, on Winthrop drive around 4:00 a.m. on Thursday. As she was getting out of her car, four suspects appeared from around the corner.
When she tried to run they attacked her. She believes the suspects broke into her garage. The door still shows where police dusted for fingerprints.
One suspect in the case has already been charged: 17-year-old Jer'michael Davis appeared in court for a second time on Friday.
"I understand you had a bond hearing this morning on three charges: B and E auto and since then you have been arrested on other charges," the judge said to Davis.
His charges include two counts of criminal conspiracy, five counts of breaking and entering auto, and first degree burglary which the judge says carries a hefty sentence.
"Burglary first carries life," she said.
The victim was in court, but asked an officer to speak on her behalf.
"Mr. Davis is not accused of committing the actual attack on the victim. Regardless, she wanted me to pass up a photo to you," the officer said.
It shows lacerations and hematoma's to the back of her head, where she says the suspects hit her with a gun. She also has a broken finger.
"You're charged with burglary 1st degree. Your bond is denied. So, your bond is denied on that charge… it's denied on all the charges. You have the right to appeal this. You can go in front of the circuit court judge in York and you and your lawyer can have the opportunity to do that and he can set you a bond but, I'm not. Your 17 years old with these serious charges, your parents aren't here and I'm concerned," the judge told Davis.
Police have now issued a warrant for 18-year-old Zyon Crosby who they say was also involved. Officers consider him armed and dangerous.
