MOORESVILLE, NC (FOX 46) - Two people were arrested in Mooresville following a five-month long drug investigation in Mooresville, police said.
Sedrick Markies Barnes, 28, and Ebony Yvette Mills, 30, are both charges with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of MDMA, maintaining a vehicle for the sale and delivery of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On July 27, officers executed a search warrant on Dingler Avenue following the five-month long investigation. Upon searching the home police officers found marijuana, MDMA (a synthetic psychoactive drugs commonly known as Ecstasy) and methamphetamine.
Both were taken to the Iredell County Detention Center with Barnes currently under a $250,000 secured bond and Mills under a $100,000 secured bond.
