Concord building catches fire, cause under investigation

- A Concord business caught fire Wednesday evening.

 The Concord Fire Department was called to a structure fire at 250 McGill Ave. just after 7:00 p.m. Upon arrival crews could see dark smoke coming out of the building.

The incident was brought under control and the fire was extinguised within 17 minutes. A total of four engines, two ladders and 24 firefighters were required to put out the flames.

The building was unoccupied at the time and there were no injuries reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
