CMPD arrests third suspect in Shooting, Kidnapping Case

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police have arrested the third suspect in a shooting/kidnapping case. 

Labrian Aaron Wallace was arrested early Friday morning. Wallace is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, robbery with a dangerous weapon, 1st degree kidnapping, and other charges.
 
CMPD found Tonia Robinson Tuesday morning, the woman who went missing after a shooting on Smallwood Place Monday afternoon. They were concerned she was taken against her will. A man inside the home was also shot during the incident. 

Police have not released where or how they located Robinson, 27. Detectives now say the victims and suspects know each other. They don't believe this was a random act.

When police responded to the emergency call Monday at 154 South Smallwood Place in Charlotte, they found Darius Wise had been shot. He was taken to Carolinas Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. 

Police arrested Marsha Cook, 30, and Larry Manns, 27, Tuesday. Both are charged with assault with a deadly weapon, robbery with a dangerous weapon, 1st degree kidnapping, and other charges.
