IREDELL COUNTY, NC (FOX 46) - Eight people were arrested after a three-month undercover investigation into the making and sale of illegal drugs in Iredell County, the sheriff said.
The Iredell County Sheriff's Office received complaints about a home in the Bruce Farm, Estes Road area possibly being involved in drug sales. After hours of surveillance and continued community assistance, authorities conducted a search of the home after deputies say purchases of methamphetamine were made at the residence.
Bryan Ashley Blansett, 46, Dallas Wybe Lancaster, 21, Gary Wayne Anderson, 42, Addialyn Shea Poston, 21, Hank Dakota Mitchem, 20, Adam MacKenzie Arabis, 27, Loren Dave Moore, 44, and Tabitha Sue Sprankle, 24, were charged.
Deputies say they collected three one-pot meth labs and various other items of evidence.
“This is a community impact case clear and simple. The community assisted the investigators by coming forward and providing information," said Sheriff Campbell. "Neighbors can allow their children to play in the area once more they can walk around their neighborhood without fear of something happening at this residence. The people who were using this house to make meth are criminals with criminal histories and we will not tolerate them in our county and we will continue to target and aggressively go after these suspects”.
