CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - Allstate, the second largest personal lines insurer in the United States, is expanding its operations to Charlotte, North Carolina.
The move will bring more than 2,200 jobs to the Queen City over the next three years.
"We are thrilled and we know that we are 'in good hands' because the regional operations headquarters will increase Allstate's Charlotte employee head count from just over 1,400 to 3,400. And it will expand Allstate's footprint with more than $34 million worth of investments in real estate and technology increment," Mayor Roberts said on Wednesday.
