Brazen armed robbery at Pineville Sprint store caught on video

- The hunt is on for three people caught on surveillance video during a brazen armed robbery at a cell phone store in Pineville.

The incident happened at 11:30 a.m. on Monday at the Sprint Store located at 9105 Pineville-Matthews Road.

Investigators say three unknown black males entered the store with handguns and ordered two store employees and one customer to the floor.

Store merchandise and cash were stolen and no one was injured, according to Pineville police.

A fourth unknown suspect was waiting outside in a green/white 2000 Lincoln Town Car, which was abandoned close by and found by police.

Surveillance video from inside the store captured the entire crime. In the video, two unknown black males enter the store and order the two store employees and one customer to the ground. Then a third unknown suspect enters with a bag. It appears one suspect is wearing a wig and the other is wearing a mask.

If anyone has any information about the robbery or knows who drives/uses the vehicle found by police, they are urged to contact Pineville PD at 704-889-2231.
