- The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has arrested a convicted felon after they discovered six firearms inside his home, five of which were stolen.

At 8:08 p.m. Wednesday, August 2, officers responded to Curtis Robinson's home to conduct a probation visit in the 4700 block of Old Lantern Way.

During their initial search, officers located ammo and several firearms. As the search continued, officers located four additional firearms, totaling a grand total of six.
