CMPD finds one missing teen with severe medical conditions, search continues for 15-year-old

- The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has found Christasia Springs, 13, who went missing from her group home Wednesday afternoon. CMPD is continuing to search for the 15-year-old.

The two teens suffer from severe medical conditions. Springs was found Thursday morning unharmed and is currently being reunited with her family.

Officers said around 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 8 they were called to the 800 block of Peaceful Glen Road in the Steele Creek Division. 

The reporting person stated Christasia Springs, 13, and Krystyle Agosto, 15, left their group home Wednesday around 1:15 p.m. 

Both families have been contacted and are extremely concerned about Christasia and Krystyle. 

Christasia Springs has a medical condition that has to be treated with medication or it can become life threatening.  Springs left her group home without her medication. 

Christasia is described as a black female, 4'9" tall, weighing 90 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair in braids. She was last seen wearing black tight pants, black and red Jordan shoes, and a plaid burgundy shirt.

Krystyle is described as a black female, 5'0" tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair in braids. She was last seen wearing white pants, unknown shirt color. 
Anyone who sees or has information about Krystyle Agosto and/or Christasia Springs is asked to call 911 immediately. In addition, you may also call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.  Detective J.L. Tuttle is the lead detective in this case.
