CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools says it will be rescheduling Friday high school football games.
Home football games scheduled on Friday, Oct. 12, will be moved to Monday, Oct. 15, or to the open November date to be determined by the schools involved.
Away football games scheduled for tomorrow evening will be rescheduled Saturday, Monday, or another mutually agreeable date.
CMS canceled school Friday for students and staff due to the effects of Hurricane Michael. Officials said 32 schools across various neighborhoods were without power.
