MOORESVILLE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - A teenager was arrested Wednesday night for assaulting multiple Iredell County deputies who responded to a domestic dispute call in Mooresville.
Deputies headed to the scene at 107 Barrington Lane around 11:45 p.m. where they found three intoxicated people, all under the age of 21.
One of the intoxicated men, Hayden Davidson, 19, had an outstanding warrant for an assault on a female. While trying to place Davidson under arrest, he began fighting with deputies, causing injuries that required medical attention to one of them.
The deputy was treated and released from Iredell Memorial Hospital. Davidson also assaulted two other deputies during the fight, but he was eventually subdued and placed under arrest.
He was charged with felony assault on an officer causing physical injury, two counts of assault on an officer, resisting arrest, and consuming alcohol under the age of 21.
Davidson received $5,000 secured bond for his new charges, but received no bond on his outstanding warrant due to it being a domestic charge.
The two other people at the home that night, Kristian Saul, 20, and Danielle Oddo, 18, were placed under arrest and charged with consuming alcohol under the age of 21. Saul received a $500 secured bond and Oddo received a $1000 secured bond.
