CHARLOTTE, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - Someone intentionally set fire to an east Charlotte home that forced nearly a dozen people to run for their lives Friday morning, according to Charlotte Fire.
The fire broke out around 4:30 a.m. Friday, April 26 at a house located in the 5600 block of Faulconbridge Road.
All 10 people inside the home were able to escape. A dog and cat tragically perished in the fire, they said.
Fire officials said the property loss is valued at $151,000.
