SALISBURY, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - A number of surgeries have been canceled at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center after about four-inches of water entered into one of the hospital's entrances following heavy rain.
According to Novant Health, the water entered through the Wilson B Smith entrance, which is used primarily for elective surgeries. They said Thursday's surgeries have been rescheduled.
The hospital has not been evacuated or closed down.
