ROWAN COUNTY, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - The Rowan County Sheriff's Office and the NC Medical Examiner's Office are conducting a homicide investigation after a husband and wife were found dead in a locked home.
According to the Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to a home in the 700 block of Jackson Rd. on Tuesday, July 24 around 12:15 p.m. This is just inside of the town of Faith.
The caller at the scene had reported finding two people inside of the locked two story home. Patrol officers responded to the address and confirmed that a man and a woman were found inside of the home.
The victims have been identified as April Parker Anglin and Raymond Joseph Anglin.
The case is currently being treated as a murder. The identities of the deceased are being withheld until their families are notified.
