Hayes got away, and is accused of running over a coach's foot with his car and hitting another car as the adults chased after him.

He's now charged with secret peeping, assault with a deadly weapon and hit and run failure to stop causing property damage.

Hayes is being held at the Gaston County Jail under $10,000 bond.
