CHARLOTTE, NC (WJZY) - The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Department issued warrants for Daniel Baker, 34, for his involvement in property related crimes during the civil disturbances on Thursday, September 22.

As a result of information and evidence gathered during the investigation for the incident at Epicentre Sundries, officers confirmed the identity and issued warrants for Baker for Felony Breaking and Entering, Larceny after Breaking and Entering, Felony Conspiracy, and Injury to Real Property.
CMPD said they will continue to identify individuals that engage in violent, destructive behavior.
