This all happened Saturday evening when Jamarr was on the phone with who he thought was Apple support. The person on the other line told him to buy iTunes cards get his money back.
"I just put in iPhone customer service and I called them and they answered the phone. They sounded like technical support. They had plenty people in the background," Logan said.
After hanging up his money was never refunded and the next day he finally got in touch with the real Apple support. That's when he learned what had truly happened.
"They told me you have been scammed," he said.
