Family of Keith Nmoma speak, $5K offered for information in deadly shooting

- A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the shooting death of Keith Nmoma, police said. 

The 35-year-old was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds at 9:42 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9 in the 4300 block of John Penn Circle. 

So far no arrests have been made in this case.

The deadly shooting marks the 72nd homicide in Charlotte this year. Larry Watson, 29, was found shot to death in the Trinity neighborhood near Beaties Ford Road Sunday morning. No arrests have been made in that case either. There is no indication at this time that the shootings are related.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call 704-432-TIPS and speak directly to a Homicide Unit Detective. Detective Echols is the lead detective assigned to the case.
