CHARLOTTE, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - A North Carolina State Trooper caused a crash that involved four vehicles on Wednesday, according to NC State Highway Patrol.
Traffic started slowing down, trooper did not slow down in time and rear ended car in front of him. That car subsequently hit another. Chain reaction caused a total of 4 cars to be involved.
First driver rear ended was only person transported-- NLT injuries. No others treated.
The State Trooper will be shown as the contributing factor in crash. Highway Patrol is still investigating.
Roadway will be open soon if not already.
