Police: Man's social media post for child sex leads to felony charge

- Detectives with the Lincolnton Police Department arrested Tracy Alan Schmitz, 55, of Connelly Springs, NC,  for the felony offense of Soliciting a Minor by a Computer for Sexual Activity and Appearing.
