UPDATE: Search continues for 3 missing people, 2 make phone call

- UPDATE: (8/15/16) - Family and friends of 23-year-old Tru Quan Le, 17-year-old Alex Castillo and 19-year-old Ahmia Feaster continued to search for answers in their disappearance.

More than 30 volunteers handed out hundreds of missing person posters along Eastway Drive on Sunday.

All three were last seen Tuesday, August 9. On Saturday, Feaster and Castillo called home to say they were safe. Family members believe it was a forced call because it came from a private number and the phone went dead quickly.

The family of Tru Quan Le has not heard from her. She was last seen driving a black 2003 Toyota Corolla with license plate number ZVE-1262. Her family believes she was last spotted at the Quick Trip gas station on Eastway Drive.

On Saturday morning, a red Dodge Caliber was found along Dulin Creek Boulevard. Police believe it's the vehicle Ahmia Feaster was last seen driving. Police canvassed the area, but none of the missing were found.

Family of Tru Quan Le told FOX 46 Charlotte that extended family from Vietnam will be flying in on Monday to join the search.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers or CMPD.
