[RAW VIDEO] Man knocked-out near CATS Transit Center in Uptown

A 30-year old man was knocked-out near the CATS Transit Center in Uptown Charlotte on Sunday afternoon. A CMPD police report said Larry Lee Walker was 'the intoxicated victim' who was assaulted.

The fight, caught on video, happened across the street from the transit center, but the video was sent to FOX 46 Charlotte with the hashtag, #transitthuggin.

Neighbors and some riders at the center confirm to FOX 46, Walker rides public transit daily. The video does not show what led to the fight or who was the instigator. No arrests have been made.

CMPD has had 625 calls so far in 2017, directly to the transit center. This call came across the street, but plenty of people are still concerned about crime in the area.

"Sometimes it gets a little feisty," CATS rider Brittney Cash said. "Like, out of control around nighttime."

FOX 46 Charlotte reached out to G4S, the policing service that is contracted by CATS to monitor the area. No response was made by Monday's deadline.
