MATTHEWS, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - A missing 11-year-old girl, who was believed to be suffering from dementia, has been found safe Sunday and is back with family, police said.
A Silver Alert was issued for Bianca Jaslene Gamble Sunday, April 28 after family told authorities the girl was missing, and had dementia and bipolar disorder.
Police were concerned Gamble had become a victim of human trafficking due to social media evidence and internet searches of her. Gamble had attempted to leave her home in an Uber, but when her parents stopped her she ran away.
No word on where Gamble was located on Sunday before she was safely returned home.
