Silver Alert cancelled for missing Gaston County woman

- UPDATE: 10/12/17 9:18 a.m. - At the request of the Dallas Police Department, the N.C. Center for Missing Persons has cancelled the Silver Alert for Bonnie Beam Green.


The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing, endangered woman in Gaston County. 

Residents are asked to be on the lookout for Bonnie Beam Green, 69, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Green is described as a white female, 5'9" tall, 116 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen at 800 N. Oakland Street in Dallas, NC, wearing a white blouse, blue high top pants, tennis shoes and glasses. 

Police said it's unknown the direction of travel Green headed, but she possibly could be traveling to Union Road in Gastonia. Green owns a 1998 white Chevrolet S-10, North Carolina plates WWZ-5680.
