STATESVILLE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - Three teenagers have been charged in connection to a breaking and entering that occurred last weekend in Statesville, according to the Iredell County Sheriff's Office.
The break-in happened on Sunday, July 29 at a home located at 521 Central Drive.
Deputies were told the three suspects had entered the house through a bedroom window. Before deputies could arrive on scene, the three teens fled the scene on foot.
A short time later, all three teens were located at the intersection of Central Drive and Greencrest Lane. All three matched the suspect description given by the victim, who saw the three enter the home and move items inside the house.
All three teens, Payton Lynn Dalton, 18, Alexander O'Neill Trapp, 18, and Kaleb Haron Ty'rice Simpson, 18, have been charged with one count of felony breaking and entering.
Each have been placed on a $1,000 secured bond.
