Woman found in Burke County home died of blunt force trauma, police said

- A woman who was found deceased inside her Burke County home earlier this month died from blunt force trauma to the head, according to the Burke County Sheriff's Office. 

Robin Berry Teague, 63, was found dead inside her home around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, June 17 along 2273 Hwy 70 in Connelly Springs. 

Days after the homicide investigation was launched, deputies released photos of a truck and driver that they believe could be connected to the murder. The truck is possibly a 1999 Nissan Frontier, grayish in color, and was last seen in the area on Hwy 70 near the crime scene around 7:30 p.m. on June 17.
