CHARLOTTE, NC (WJZY) - After NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced Tuesday they haven't made a decision on the All-Star Game yet, he pointed out that he realizes a decision has to be made soon and that the league isn't trying to string anybody along.
Silver was taking questions from reporters in Las Vegas Tuesday evening where he voiced about whether or not the game should be held in Charlotte in 2017 because of House Bill 2.
He said the league had been waiting for the state legislative session to wrap, hoping that lawmakers would modify the law.
Silver also mentioned he had commission meetings Tuesday to talk with teams before making a decision involving Charlotte.
With all the anticipation leading up to Tuesday night, it appears the wait continues in the Queen City.
