Cam Newton: 'I was always wondering why I'm not on the hands team'

The Carolina Panthers weren't surprised when linebacker Thomas Davis came down with Steven Hauschka's onside kick attempt late in the fourth quarter on Sunday, but many NFL fans watching the game probably were.

Well, we later found out that Davis is apparently one of the more sure-handed players on the hands team, so really, there's little reason to be surprised by him coming up in the clutch. It was a fitting end to see the veteran linebacker seal the deal for the Panthers, but now quarterback Cam Newton apparently may want in on the fun.
