Hornets Honor Dell Curry as team plays Warriors

The Charlotte Hornets will honor one of its greatest players as the team takes on his son's team, the Golden State Warriors. Dell Curry will be honored at the Hornets game Wednesday. His son, Steph Curry will be there to see him honored.

"My family is going to be really excited about that element of the game. He means a lot to the city and that's awesome," Steph Curry said.

Steph Curry grew up in Charlotte as his dad played for the Hornets. Dell Curry played for the Hornets for 10 years and averaged 14 points per game. Steph Curry, named the NBA's MVP, averages 31.6 points per game as a guard for the Warriors.
