Recipe: Peanut Butter Truffles

Peanut Butter Truffles



1 stick butter

2 cups sugar

1 cup half/half or milk  1/2 tsp salt

1 cup mini marshmallows

2 cups (1 bag Peanut Butter chips)

1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter



Over medium heat bring butter, sugar and milk to a rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chips, marshmallows and peanut butter until creamy.

Pour into shallow dish a refrigerate until firm. Scoop out and roll into bite size balls. Dip or roll into desired toppings. Chill until ready to use and enjoy.
